Meat, fried food

Recipe:

Ingredients:
· Noodles (600 g)

Recipe:

Ingredients:
· Cooked rice (4 cups)
· Carrots (1 cup)
· Red Capsicum (1 cup)
· Green capsicum (1 cup)
· Peas (1 cup)
· Soya sauce (to taste)
· Salt (to taste)
· Red chilly sauce (to taste)
· Chicken
· chopped onions (2)
· garlic (2 )
· Oil (to taste)
· Long bean (to taste)

Recipe:
Take some oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic sauté. Now add carrots, peas and long bean (chopped) sauté for 3 min, add salt and pepper, chilly sauce and soya sauce and sauté till the vegetables turn a bit brown and mix well.
Then add the cooked rice and mix well Remove from the stove and add chopped green onions.

Chicken Satay
Ingredients:
· Coriander poweder (1 tsp)
· Onions (2)
· Garlic (2)
· Oil (4 tsp)
· Chili powder (1 tsp)
· Turmeric (2 tsp)
· Oyster sauce (1 stp)
· Bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 2 hours to avoid burning)
· Cucumber (skin peeled and cut into small pieces) (1)

Recipe:
Cut the chicken. In a medium bowl, mix together the spices (coriander powder, garlic chopped, chili powder, turmeric, oyster sauce) and add chicken. Then chicken pieces with the spice paste for 6 hours.
Stir into chicken skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve hot with the fresh cucumber pieces and onions.


Satay Peanut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
· Dry roasted peanuts (1 cup)
· Water (1 cup)
· Sweet soy sauce (1 tsp)
· Sugar (to taste)
· Olive oil
· Tamarind pulp (soaked in 2 cup water for 15 minutes)
· Red chilies sauce (to taste)
· Garglic (3)
· Shallots (3)
· Lemon grass (white parts only) (3)
· Ginger (2 tsp)
· Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Recipe:
Crush the peanuts and set aside. Chop the spice paste ingredients and blend until fine smell. Heat oil and fry the spice paste, add the peanuts, tamarind juice, water, sugar, sweet soy sauce and stir.
Simmer in low heat while continue stirring for about 3 minutes until the peanut sauce turns smooth.

Ingredients: 
·         Coconut Milk
·         Rice     (3 cup)
·         Screw pine leaves (tie them into a knot)
·         Salt   (to taste)
·         Some water
·         Ginger   (to tate)

·         Oil       (2 tsp)
·         Garlic chopped     (2)
·         Shallot    (5)
·         Onion chopped      (1)
·         Chili paste       (3 tsp)
·         Prawn (peeled and cleaned)       8
·         Anchovies (washed)     100 gr
·         Water
·         Salt
·         Sugar (to taste)

Ingredients for Potato Curry chicken
·         Chicken breast (chopped into small piece)
·         Curry leaves or curry powder (to taste)

Recipe:

Add oil into pan till heat put in anchovies and fry till crispy, remove, drained and set aside.
Garlic and shallot fry and add onion chopped and prawn and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then pour chili paste, water salt and sugar, stir fry till mix well and remove into a bowl.
In a heat pan, add oil, shallots and fry then add chicken, curry powder or curry leaves and chili paste stir fry for 5 minutes. Pour coconut milk and water bring to a boil. Add salt and remove to bowl.
Serve the rice on a plate adds anchovies, roasted peanuts, and sauce potato and curry chicken, hardboiled egg and serve.

Ingredients:

·         Oil
·         Sausage chopped                (2)
·         Meatball fish, chopped         (12)
·         Green onion, chopped          (8)
·         Garlic, chopped                     (5)
·         Fresh rice noodles, heated  
·         Soy sauce, thick                    (1 tsp)
·         Soy sauce, diluted                 (1 tsp)
·         Fresh shrimp, skinned           (12)
·         Bean sprouts                         (2 cup)
·         Eggs                                      (4)

Recipe:
When the pan was hot, oil, sausage, meatball fish, green onion and garlic fry for a 10 minutes and stir quickly. Add noodles and stri a little, then pour the soy sauce and mix well with the noodles.
Put all ingredient set aside, and in a pan add shrimp and cook them until they change color, remove and set aside. In the pan add the eggs and cook until eggs are firm, all ingredients mix them and add bean sprouts and well stir.
