Ribbon Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Ham, finely chopped and cooked (2 cups)

Mayonnaise (2 tsp)
·
Sweet pickle (2 tsp)
·
Mustard
(to taste)
·
Hard cooked eggs, chopped (2)
·
Celery, finely chopped (1.5 tsp)
·
Salt & pepper (to taste)
·
Cream cheese
·
Fresh parsley, chopped (1 tsp)
·
Fresh chives, chopped (1 tsp)
·
Whole wheat bread, sliced for decoration (8)
·
White bread, sliced (4)
·
Cucumber, thinly sliced for decoration
·
Butter , softened (2
tsp)

Recipe:
Combine ham, mayonnaise, mustard and
sweet pickle, set aside. Again combine hard cooked eggs (chopped), celery
(finely chopped), salt & pepper, set aside. Again combine cream cheese,
fresh parsley (chopped) and fresh chives (chopped) set aside.
Stack whole wheat bread and white bread
and creating equal sized slices. Trimmed bread slices with butter one side.
Four wheat bread slices place and
buttered side up, spread each with about 2 tablespoons ham filling and top each
with 1 slice white bread, buttered-side down. Spread white bread with 2
tablespoons egg filling and top each with one slice wheat bread, buttered-side
down. Spread top of each sandwich with one tablespoon cream cheese spread.
Put in refrigerate at least one hour.
Garnish each slice with cucumber, parsley and chives.
Steak Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Rib-eye steak
·
Salt & pepper
·
Onion, sliced (1 cup)
·
butter
·
pickled cherry peppers, sliced (to taste)
·
white mushrooms, sliced (1 cup)
·
steak sauce (to taste)
·
hoagie bread, split horizontally
·
garlic mayonnaise
·
white cheddar (4 slices)
·
arugula, dressed with red wine

Recipe:
Grill steak until cook, add salt and
pepper and let rest before slicing. In a pan with over medium heat, melt butter
and add onions and fry. Add mushrooms and cook until well mixed. Add steak
sauce about 2 minutes and simmer to glaze. Add salt and pepper.
Spread toasted sides with garlic
mayonnaise. Pour ingredients mixture on bread and add pickled cherry peppers,
and arugula. Top with cheese.
Avocado Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Recipe:
Mix avocado, shallots, green chili, lime
juice, salt & pepper with blender.
Lightly butter one slice of bread and
spread some avocado mixture on it and add cheddar cheese over it. Close with
another slice. You use grill or sandwich maker.
Banana & Cashew Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Toasted bread

Bananas, cut into circled (2)
·
Honey
(to taste)
·
Cashew (to taste)
·
Oil
·
Sugar
·
Butter
Recipe:
In a saucepan, combine butter and sugar
and cook. Then add bananas, let it be caramel. Crush cashew with a blender.
Combine cashew, oil and honey and stir to combine.
Take the toasted bread, spread with
cashew butter, and then add banana slices top with toasted bread. Repeat for
the other toasted bread. Cut and serve.
Egg Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Bagel bread
·
Lettuce
·
Tomato
·
Hard cooked egg, sliced
·
Mayonnaise or basil pesto
Recipe:
Place the bagel bread on serving plate.
Top with lettuce, tomato slices, hard cooked egg slices and mayonnaise.
Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Parmesan oat crusted chicken breast,
cooked (1)
·
Sandwich roll
·
Red pepper, roasted
·
Red pasta sauce
·
Parmesan cheese, grated
·
Mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese,
grated

Recipe:
Heat the chicken breast in a medium hot. Open
the sandwich roll and brush each side with olive oil and broil. Add chicken,
red pepper, red pasta sauce, grated parmesan cheese. Place provolone or
mozzarella cheese slices on the other side of the roll. Again boiled and toast
until cheese is melted and browned. Put the two halves together and enjoy.

Favorite spices
·
Mayonnaise

Salt & pepper

Recipe:
Fry bacon and set aside. Clean and fry
the shrimps and add onion till cook. Add bacon, favorite spices, salt and
pepper, well sauté.
Spread with mayonnaise on the bread and
put ingredients.
